Customer Service Consultant
- Join our Customer Service Consultant team for a 12th of January start!
- Full time contract through to December 2026!
- Monday to Friday - No weekends!
- Brisbane CBD Location
About the role:
Randstad will be collaborating with several companies to support their business support functions. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions, offering guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, delivering solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, with empathy and understanding, ensuring a positive outcome for all.
- Work closely with your team, stakeholders, to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records using CRM software.
- Handle escalated issues with professionalism.
Your skills & experience:
- A minimum of 3 months in a call center environment or at least 12 months in a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication abilities and customer-centric mindset
- High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Quick Learner, open to learning new skills, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
